- 2 tbsp - Psyllium Husk
- 1/4 cup - Butter
- 1/2 tsp - Xanthan Gum
- 1/2 cup - Warm Water
- 6 link - Frankfurter/Wiener
- 6 tsp - Mustard
- 6 tsp - Ketchup, no sugar added
- 6 tsp - Relish
- 6 tbsp - Guacamole

Here are the directions to make Fully Loaded Hot dog on an Almond Flour Bun...
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat together eggs and egg whites. Add almond flour, melted butter, psyllium husk powder, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder, and warm water.
- Continue to mix until a sticky dough has been formed.
- With lightly oiled hands, knead the dough into a ball.
- Shape ball into a small hot dog bun and place on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes and cool buns to room temperature.
- Cook frankfurter/wiener according to the instructions from the packaging.
- Add cooked frankfurter/wiener to hot dog bun and top with guacamole, relish, mustard and ketchup.
