  • 2 Separated from yolk - Egg Whites
  • 2 cup - Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp - Psyllium Husk
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 1/2 tsp - Xanthan Gum
  • 1/2 cup - Warm Water


  • 6 link - Frankfurter/Wiener
  • 6 tsp - Mustard
  • 6 tsp - Ketchup, no sugar added
  • 6 tsp - Relish
  • 6 tbsp - Guacamole

Here are the directions to make Fully Loaded Hot dog on an Almond Flour Bun...


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat together eggs and egg whites. Add almond flour, melted butter, psyllium husk powder, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder, and warm water.
  3. Continue to mix until a sticky dough has been formed.
  4. With lightly oiled hands, knead the dough into a ball.
  5. Shape ball into a small hot dog bun and place on the prepared baking tray.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes and cool buns to room temperature.
  7. Cook frankfurter/wiener according to the instructions from the packaging.
  8. Add cooked frankfurter/wiener to hot dog bun and top with guacamole, relish, mustard and ketchup.
