- 8 oz - Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cup - Sour Cream
- 1 cup - Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup - Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 small - Onion
- 6 strip - Bacon
- 1/2 cup - Green Onion
- 2 tsp - Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp - Paprika

Here are the directions to make Bacon Cauliflower Casserole...
- Place a pot with water over medium heat and cook cauliflower florets for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain water and set aside.
- Cook bacon to desired liking; cool, chop and set bacon aside.
- Preheat oven to 400°F degrees and grease a baking dish with oil spray.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, garlic powder and paprika until combined. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in cauliflower, 1/2 of the bacon and 1/2 of the green onion.
- Add mixture to prepared casserole dish and top with remaining bacon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with the remaining green onion.
