Here are the directions to make Bacon Egg Cups...

Directions


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with silicone liners.
  2. Line the sides of muffin cup with bacon.
  3. Add shredded cheddar to the bottom.
  4. Crack an egg into muffin cup.
  5. Sprinkle with diced chili (adjust to spice level) and green onions.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until eggs are set.
