Here are the directions to make Cauliflower Buffalo Wings...
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut cauliflower into large florets and spray with cooking oil.
- Transfer coated cauliflower into a large ziploc bag.
- Add almond flour, melted butter, milk, garlic powder, and hot sauce to cauliflower.
- Seal ziploc bag and shake until cauliflower is well coated.
- Transfer coated cauliflower onto prepared baking sheet, arranging in one single layer.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Spray cauliflower with oil and turn oven to broil.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until desired crispiness, watch carefully.
- Serve with ranch dressing.
