Here are the directions to make Cauliflower Fried Rice...
Directions
- Add cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and pour water.
- Microwave for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Cool and transfer cauliflower to a food processor.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and process until it resembles the rice.
- Place a nonstick pan over medium heat and pour sesame oil.
- Saute chopped red bell pepper and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add prepared cauliflower rice and stir in parsley.
- Mix until well combined.
- Stir in soy sauce and cook for 8-10 minutes.
