Here are the directions to make Cheesy Taco Shells...
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place shredded cheese in three circular piles on the parchment paper, pressing down into three single layer of cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until edges begin to brown and cheese is bubbling, (watch carefully).
- Remove from oven and cool for a minute or so.
- With a spatula, lift cheese disc and fold cheese tortilla by hand or place over another utensil handle to take shape, (it will harden more as it cools).
- Brown beef on stovetop until no longer pink inside.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning with a bit of water. Stir until well combined and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Assemble taco with beef, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, diced avocado, and cilantro.
- Optional to drizzle hot sauce.
