  • 2 1/2 cup - Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 225 grams - Ground Beef
  • 3 tbsp - Sour Cream
  • 3/4 cup - Tomato, chopped
  • 3 tsp - Taco Seasoning
  • to taste - Hot Sauce
  • 3 tbsp - Cilantro, fresh

Here are the directions to make Cheesy Taco Shells...


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place shredded cheese in three circular piles on the parchment paper, pressing down into three single layer of cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until edges begin to brown and cheese is bubbling, (watch carefully).
  4. Remove from oven and cool for a minute or so.
  5. With a spatula, lift cheese disc and fold cheese tortilla by hand or place over another utensil handle to take shape, (it will harden more as it cools).
  6. Brown beef on stovetop until no longer pink inside.
  7. Drain excess fat.
  8. Add taco seasoning with a bit of water. Stir until well combined and adjust seasoning to taste.
  9. Assemble taco with beef, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, diced avocado, and cilantro.
  10. Optional to drizzle hot sauce.
