  • 3 breast - Chicken
  • 1 pepper - Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 pepper - Green Pepper
  • 1 /2 cup - Green Onion
  • 1 - Onion
  • 5 tbsp - Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 lemon - Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp - Paprika
  • 1 tsp - Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin
  • 1 tbsp - Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp - Salt

Here are the directions to make Chicken Fajitas...


  1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and place into a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes on top of chicken.
  3. Then pour half the amount of oil and lemon juice.
  4. Thoroughly coat the chicken with the marinade and refrigerate for one hour.
  5. Meanwhile, grease a nonstick pan with the remaining oil and place over low heat.
  6. Saute diced onions and cook for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  7. Add sliced bell peppers to pan and continue to cook until soften.
  8. Transfer pepper mixture onto a serving plate and cover to keep warm.
  9. Return pan to stove top and cook chicken for 15 minutes or until chicken is longer pink inside.
  10. Add cooked chicken on top of peppers and garnish with chopped green onion.
  11. Optional to serve with cheese, sour cream, avocado and hot sauce.
