- 1/2 chopped - Red Bell Pepper
- 1 lb - Chicken Breast
- 5 tbsp - Butter
- 1 1/2 cup - Coconut Cream
- 1 tsp, ground - Cumin
- 1/2 tsp, ground - Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 tsp, ground - Coriander Seeds
- 1 tsp, ground - Ginger
- 1 tsp, ground - Cardamon
- 1 1/2 tsp, ground - Turmeric
- to taste - Salt

Here are the directions to make Chicken Garam Masala...
Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix together turmeric, cardamom, ginger, coriander seeds, nutmeg and cumin to create “garam masala” spice mixture.
- Place a nonstick pan over medium heat and melt butter.
- Rise chicken and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Cut chicken into smaller pieces and add it to heated pan.
- Sprinkle half the amount of “garam masala spice mixture”.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside, stirring occasionally.
- When done, remove from heat and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a medium sized bowl, combine chopped red bell pepper, coconut cream and the remaining garam masala spice mixture.
- Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
- Add cooked meat and coat well with coconut cream mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown on the top.
