  • 1 3/4 cup - Almond Flour
  • 1 medium - Egg
  • 1 - Egg White, separated from yolk
  • 1 tbsp - Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp - Sesame Seeds
  • 8 slice - Tomato
  • 8 leaf, large - Iceberg Lettuce
  • 8 patty - Beef Patty
  • 8 slice - Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 to taste - Hot Sauce

Here are the directions to make Classic Cheeseburger...

Directions


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, add shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute or until completely melted.
  3. Separate the egg white and egg yolk into two small bowls.
  4. Stir in almond flour, egg yolk, and baking powder to cheese mixture. Mix the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  5. Slightly grease your hands and shape the dough into a large bowl. Place the ball onto a sheet of parchment paper and flatten into an approximately ½-inch thick disc. Shape a burger bun out of dough.
  6. Arrange the buns over the prepared baking sheet. Brush each with egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until you hear a hollow sound when tapping them. Remove from the oven and cool.
  8. Slice bun in half and serve with lettuce, cheese, patty, and sliced tomato.
  9. Optional to drizzle with some hot sauce before serving.
