  • 1 cup - Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp - Sesame Seeds
  • 3/4 cup - Coconut flakes, unsweetened
  • 2 egg - Egg Whites
  • 6 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tsp - Ginger, ground
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 8 cup - Almond Milk, unsweetened

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop almonds and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix in the remaining ingredients and then add softened butter.
  5. Continue to mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
  8. Serve with unsweetened almond milk.
