Here are the directions to make Creamy Asparagus and Spinach Soup...
- Place a nonstick pan over medium heat and melt butter.
- Add diced onions, salt, oregano and garlic to pan.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mix in spinach, cream cheese and chopped asparagus.
- Stir until cheese is melt and spinach is wilted.
- Pour in stock and continue to cook for 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
- Garnish with black pepper and parmesan cheese.
