- 2 medium - Onion
- 1/4 cup - Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp - Harissa Paste

Here are the directions to make Harissa Chicken Thighs with Sour Lime Sauce and Onions...
- In a small bowl, add sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and refrigerate sauce until ready to use.
- Slice onions and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a separate bowl, mix together harissa paste, olive oil and salt.
- Spread mixture over the chicken thighs until well coated.
- Arrange chicken thigh over the prepared baking dish and add sliced onions.
- Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and no longer pink inside.
- Serve with lime juice and sliced cucumber.
