  • 1 1/2 cup - Almond Flour
  • 3 tsp - Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup - Butter
  • 1/2 tsp - Cream of Tartar
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

Here are the directions to make Keto Bread topped with Egg and Avocado...



  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Generously grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper. Set aside.
  3. Separate egg yolk from egg whites, then add egg whites to a medium bowl.
  4. Using a hand mixer, beat egg whites well until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  5. In another bowl, combine together almond flour, baking powder, salt, and cream of tartar. Mix well using a kitchen whisk, then add butter and egg yolks.
  6. Using a hand mixer fitted with dough hooks, beat the mixture on medium speed until fully incorporated.
  7. Fold in egg whites in several batches and mix until you get a smooth batter.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. When done, remove from the oven and cool to room temperature before removing the bread from the pan.
  10. Optional to toast bread and top with avocado, egg and crushed red pepper flakes.
