  • 12 oz - Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp - Dried Dill
  • 1/2 tsp - Dried Oregano
  • 2 - garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 cup - Tomato Sauce, low sugar
  • 12 oz - Cauliflower, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cup - Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • to taste - Parmesan Cheese, grated

Here are the directions to make Keto-Friendly Greek Moussaka...

Directions


  1. Grease a large frying pan with olive oil and place over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and sprinkle with dried dill and oregano.
  3. Mix in minced garlic and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season meat with salt and pepper to taste and stir in the tomato sauce.
  5. Remove from heat and set aside once beef is no longer pink inside.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  7. Add cooked cauliflower to a food processor. Process until finely minced.
  8. Add cauliflower to an 11x7 inches casserole dish. Using a spoon, flatten the surface as evenly as possible.
  9. Add one cup of shredded mozzarella over the cauliflower layer and top with the prepared meat.
  10. Finish with the remaining mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan cheese to taste.
  11. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and cooked through.
