Here are the directions to make Keto Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies...


  1. In a bowl, add swerve sweetener, egg, and vanilla extract.
  2. Using a hand mixer with whisking attachments on, beat well until swerve sweetener has completely dissolved.
  3. Add cream cheese and softened butter to bowl.
  4. Continue to mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Then add almond flour.
  6. Using dough hook attachments, mix well until a smooth dough has been formed.
  7. Scoop out small balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each ball.
  8. Press your thumb in the middle of each ball to form an indentation.
  9. Fill each indentation with raspberry jam.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
  11. Cool before serving.
