  • 1 cup - Almond Flour
  • 3/4 cup - Coconut Flour
  • 4 tbsp - Psyllium Husk
  • 3 tsp - Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup - Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 cup - Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 6 - Eggs
  • 1/2 cup - Butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup - Heavy Cream
  • 7 oz - Cream Cheese

Here are the directions to make Low Carb Sesame Seed Bread...


  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, add all dry ingredients together and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, add eggs, cream cheese, heavy cream and melted butter.
  4. Using a hand mixer with whisking attachments, beat well until fully incorporated.
  5. Add flour mixture and mix until a slightly sticky dough has been formed.
  6. Transfer dough into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Optional to sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Cool to room temperature before serving.
