Here are the directions to make No Bake Chocolate Nut Cake...
- In a nonstick pan, whisk together heavy cream and erythritol.
- Bring to a boil over medium-low heat and gently simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped chocolate and butter.
- Stir well until chocolate has completely melted.
- Stir in pumpkin seeds and pecans.
- Sprinkle salt.
- Transfer chocolate mixture into a dish and place in the fridge over night.
