Here are the directions to make Pecan Cookies...

Directions


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a cookie sheet with some parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add almond flour and butter. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, mix well until a crumbly mixture has been formed.
  3. Add chopped pecans, stevia powder, baking powder, and salt. Continue to mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Using an ice-cream scoop, arrange cookie dough ball onto prepared baking.
  5. Top cookie with a pecan, gently pressing into the dough.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Cool cookie at room temperature.
