- 1/2 cup - Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp - Pesto
- 1/2 tsp - Basil, ground

Here are the directions to make Pesto Egg "Tart" with Cheese ...
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Grease a small tart pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together egg, crumbled blue/goat cheese, pesto, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into prepared tart pan and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until egg is set and cheese is melted.
- Cool tart for 10-15 minutes before serving.
