  • 2 tbsp - Pesto
  • 1/2 tsp - Basil, ground

Here are the directions to make Pesto Egg "Tart" with Cheese ...


  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Grease a small tart pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together egg, crumbled blue/goat cheese, pesto, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into prepared tart pan and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until egg is set and cheese is melted.
  6. Cool tart for 10-15 minutes before serving.
