  • 2 tbsp - Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp - Soy Sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tbsp - Liquid Stevia/Sugar-free Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 cup - Parsley, fresh
  • 1 cup - Broccoli, florets

Here are the directions to make Sesame Fried Beef with Cauliflower Rice ...


  1. Cut sirloin into strips and place into a bowl.
  2. Add olive oil, soy sauce, stevia/maple syrup, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. Mix well by coating meat with marinade and cover with saran wrap.
  4. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Place cauliflower florets into a food processor and blend until it resembles “rice”.
  6. Optional to use a grater to grate cauliflower into “rice”.
  7. Place the broccoli florets in a microwave-safe dish and pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of water over top.
  8. Cover with a dinner plate and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
  9. Remove the lid carefully and check if the broccoli is tender. Microwave in additional 1-minute bursts if necessary.
  10. Place a nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
  11. Add the meat along with the marinade and cook for 7 minutes.
  12. Mix in cauliflower rice and continue to cook for additional 5-8 minutes or until cauliflower becomes tender and meat is cooked to desired doneness.
  13. Mix in broccoli and gently stir to combine.
  14. Season with sesame seeds and garnish with fresh parsley.
