  • 1/3 cup - Swerve Sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp - Salt
  • 1 medium - Egg
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract


  • 3 medium - Eggs, separated
  • 1 1/2 cup - Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup - Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla Extract


  • 1 cup - Strawberries
  • 1 cup - Raspberries
  • Optional for sprinkling - Swerve Sweetener
  • 1 as needed - Cooking Spray

Here are the directions to make Strawberry Tart...


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Generously coat an 11-inch tart pan with cooking spray and set aside.


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine together almond flour, swerve sweetener, and salt.
  2. Stir in egg yolk, melted butter, and vanilla to almond flour mixture. Using a kitchen spatula, mix the ingredients until a smooth dough has been formed.
  3. Press the crust into the prepared tart pan.
  4. Poke the crust with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. When done, remove from the oven and cool to room temperature.


  1. Add egg whites to a medium bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat well on high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, add cream cheese, swerve sweetener, and vanilla extract. Beat until completely smooth and then fold in the egg whites.
  3. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and refrigerate for one hour or until set.


  1. Top the chilled crust with sliced strawberries, raspberries and sprinkle with sweetener.
