Here are the directions to make Stuffed Bacon Mushroom Bites...
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Remove the mushroom stems.
- Chop the stems.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chopped stems to heated pan and cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
- Transfer stems into a bowl and add cream cheese, chopped bacon, and chives to the bowl. Season to taste and stir to combine.
- Stuff the mushroom caps with prepared mixture.
- Place the mushrooms in a baking dish and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
- Serve at room temperature or gently warm.
