Here are the directions to make Stuffed Bacon Mushroom Bites...

Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove the mushroom stems.
  3. Chop the stems.
  4. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add chopped stems to heated pan and cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
  6. Transfer stems into a bowl and add cream cheese, chopped bacon, and chives to the bowl. Season to taste and stir to combine.
  7. Stuff the mushroom caps with prepared mixture.
  8. Place the mushrooms in a baking dish and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  10. Serve at room temperature or gently warm.
