  • 1/4 tsp, ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger


Makes 2 servings

  • 8 oz - Salmon
  • to taste - Salt
  • 2 tbsp - Olive Oil
  • 1.5 tbsp - Tandoori Seasoning

Cucumber Sauce

  • 2 tbsp - Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic Paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 1/2 cup - Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 - Cucumber, shredded

Here are the directions to make Tandoori Salmon with a Creamy Cucumber Sauce ...


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together tandoori seasoning.
  3. Place salmon in a bowl and season with salt.
  4. Pour in olive oil and sprinkle with prepared tandoori seasoning.
  5. With clean hands, coat salmon both sides with seasoning.
  6. Transfer to prepared baking pan and bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
  7. Meanwhile make sauce by combining shredded cucumber, mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, garlic paste and lime juice.
  8. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  9. Rest cooked fish for 10 minutes then top with cucumber sauce.
  10. Optional to serve with keto-friendly vegetables.
