  • 8 breast, halved - Chicken
  • 2 tbsp - Olive Oil
  • 5 cloves, minced - Garlic
  • 1/2 onion - Yellow Onion
  • 1 cup - Heavy Cream
  • 1/3 cup - Chicken Broth
  • 3/4 cup - Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp - Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup, thinly sliced - Roasted Red Pepper
  • 2 cup, fresh - Spincah
  • to taste - Salt and Pepper

Here are the directions to make Tuscan Chicken...


  1. Place a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and chicken. Brown chicken for about 10 minutes on each side until done. Remove chicken to a plate, cover, and set aside.
  2. Return pan over medium heat and add olive, onion, and garlic, and sauté until onion is golden brown and translucent.
  3. Add heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Whisk in parmesan cheese and stir until sauce begins to thicken.
  6. Add in roasted peppers, spinach, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  7. Continue to cook until spinach is wilted.
  8. Add chicken back to the pan, spooning the sauce mixture over the chicken to coat.
  9. Serve over a bed of cauliflower rice.
  10. Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes or freshly grated parmesan for added flavour.
